Spinach Bites with Creamy Dipping Sauce
This is our family’s all time favorite Thanksgiving appetizer! We look forward to them all year, and are excited to share the recipe with you.
Spinach bites are deliciously addictive and extremely easy to make. Combining the spinach with butter, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese, and baking them to golden perfection, make these a hit for adults and children alike. And they are a great way to let the kids help in the kitchen too, with rolling them into balls. Possibly my favorite part, besides their amazing flavor and texture, is that they can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated or even frozen. When family is coming over, you can just pop them into the oven for an easy appetizer, that will have everyone wanting the recipe.
We hope you enjoy it, and wish you happy homecooking!
