We love making smoothies for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. We use clean healthy ingredients, 3 sources of protein, and fruit and juice the are rich in Vitamin C. Frozen fruit is the real key to achieving a thick luscious texture like you would get from Jamba Juice.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 c frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Manuka honey
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 scoop collagen peptides
  • 8 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups milk enough to cover all ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, with enough milk to submerge all the other ingredients.
  • Blend 1-2 minutes.
