We love making smoothies for breakfast, lunch, or a snack. We use clean healthy ingredients, 3 sources of protein, and fruit and juice the are rich in Vitamin C. Frozen fruit is the real key to achieving a thick luscious texture like you would get from Jamba Juice.

Tropical Mango Smoothie
A thick smoothie bursting with tropical flavors, vitamin C, and protein!
Equipment
- Blender
Ingredients
- 4 c frozen mango chunks
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Manuka honey
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- 8 oz pineapple juice
- 1 1/2 cups milk enough to cover all ingredients
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, with enough milk to submerge all the other ingredients.
- Blend 1-2 minutes.
