- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk
- couple dashes sea salt
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy cream
Whisk together milk, sugar, and salt in a medium bowl to dissolve most of sugar.
Add vanilla and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
Cover and refrigerate a few hours to chill.
Churn in ice cream maker for 20 minutes, then transfer to plastic container and freeze.
