Homemade Ghirardelli Brownies

Ingredients

melted

granulated sugar

brown sugar

baking powder

cacao powder
sifted

Ghirardelli 60% dark chocolate chips
½
cup
Ghirardelli Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉
Lightly grease 9x9 inch baking pan with melted butter remnants.
Combine melted butter and sugars in a medium bowl with a whisk.
Add eggs and vanilla and stir in to combine well.
Combine flour and baking powder and add to wet ingredients along with cacao powder, stirring to just combine and moisten all ingredients.
Stir in dark chocolate chips.
Spread batter into prepared pan and top with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Bake 35-40 minutes until desired doneness, still fudgy in center. Do not over bake.
Cool completely before removing from pan and slicing.
Serve with vanilla ice cream!
