Vanilla Ice Cream
If you have never had homemade ice cream before, you are missing out! It tastes better than store bought, with 5 simple ingredients, no chemicals or preservatives, costs a fraction of the price, and is so incredibly easy to make. This recipe contains no eggs, which means there’s no need to cook the base before chilling it, plus it’s a great option for those with an egg allergy. The base mixes together in seconds, then our handy dandy ice cream maker churns it to creamy perfection. We use a Cuisinart Ice cream Maker, and it has made wonderful ice cream for us for years.
Classic vanilla ice cream is my husband’s favorite, so we make it often. You can dress it up with some chocolate syrup, or fruit, smush it between 2 cookies to make an ice cream sandwich, or serve it alongside a slice of cake or pie. This recipe is as versatile as it is creamy and delicious, and we’ll show you how easy it is to make.
