Homemade Ghirardelli Brownies

Decadent 1 bowl brownie recipe you can easily make at home with no artificial flavors or inflammatory oils. High quality ingredients and Ghirardelli chocolate!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup butter melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ cups brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup cacao powder sifted
  • 1 cup Ghirardelli 60% dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Ghirardelli Mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Lightly grease 9×9 inch baking pan with melted butter remnants.
  • Combine melted butter and sugars in a medium bowl with a whisk.
  • Add eggs and vanilla and stir in to combine well.
  • Combine flour and baking powder and add to wet ingredients along with cacao powder, stirring to just combine and moisten all ingredients.
  • Stir in dark chocolate chips.
  • Spread batter into prepared pan and top with semi-sweet chocolate chips.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes until desired doneness, still fudgy in center. Do not over bake.
  • Cool completely before removing from pan and slicing.
  • Serve with vanilla ice cream!
