This recipe contains no eggs, which means there’s no need to cook the base before chilling it, plus it’s a great option for those with an egg allergy. The base mixes together in seconds, then our handy dandy ice cream maker churns it to creamy perfection. We use a Cuisinart Ice cream Maker, and it has made wonderful ice cream for us for years.

You can dress it up with some chocolate syrup, or fruit, smush it between 2 cookies to make an ice cream sandwich, or serve it alongside a slice of cake or pie. This recipe is as versatile as it is creamy and delicious, and we’ll show you how easy it is to make.
