Acaí Bowls
We are obsessed with Acaí bowls! They are a refreshing, nutritious, and amazingly delicious breakfast, snack, or lunch! We make them ourselves at home on a budget, using mostly ingredients we get from Costco. They’re a great way to get the kids (& adults) to eat lots of healthy fruit, and they love getting to customize their own bowl. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do & wish you Happy Homecooking!

Acaí Bowls

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Acaí juice
- ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1 Lb frozen Strawberries or mixed berries
- granola
- fresh fruit bananas and berries are our favorite
Instructions
- In a blender combine Acaí juice, greek yogurt, and honey. Blend to dissolve honey.
- Add frozen berries, and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
- Serve in a bowl, topped with granola, fresh fruit, and an extra drizzle of honey.
